Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent  treatment plant is a facility, which is required to treat the industrial effluents or polluted fluid coming from various sources of a manufacturing unit and then re-utilize the treated water.
Hence the facility helps in controlling the pollution as well as conservation of natural resources. The main sources of effluents are electroplating plant, phosphating plant, anodizing plant, electro-polishing plant, cleaning line or paint shop in a manufacturing unit. Effluent treatment is necessary to keep the environment clean by reducing the toxic content in the waste as much as possible and re-use the treated water.
We design our plant on the basis of nature of effluent coming from the process and quantity of effluents generated from the process. The typical flow chart diagram is as under:-
