FUME EXHAUST SYSTEM
Environment is assuming as great importance in our day to day life since atmosphere is pullulated to greater or lessor degree by substance provided mainly by combustion of fuel or through industrial process.
In plating process different type of acids are used in the process during that hazardous acid or basic fumes evapourise from the surface of solution.
To take of this concern in plating industry , it is very necessary to install the fume exhaust system alongwith fume scrubber for healthy working atmosphere in the plant to enhance the efficiency and capacity of the operator.
Hence increase in the production as well as for better life of the society. Our specialization in the field enable us to design most efficient, cost effective and reliable fume exhaust system. We use thermoplastic & thermo set material for the system. There are mainly three parts which are used for the system.
(A) Blower for Fume Exhaust
The body of the centrifugal exhaust fan is made in mild steel, internally lined with F.R.P. or made out with PP+FRP/ PVC+FRV. The impeller, hub, shaft is made out with SS or impeller in PP+FRV and shaft in SS-316 as per customer requirement and plant demands.
Blower are made in different capacity from 300Cfm to 30,000 Cfm and pressure rating from 80mm to 180mm water gauge pressure in belt driven arrangement or direct driven option.
(B) Fume Scrubber
Considering the tremendous hazards of poisonous & waste hot gases flow to the environment & even to the mankind a fume treatment is must for metal finishing industry.
With our vast experience in the industry we design & fabricate highly efficient packed coloumn for fume scrubbing and pollution control system. We made the scrubber in P.P or PVC reinforced with FRP having water tank in bottom, pall rings bed, mist eliminator spray nozzles, circulation pump of polypropylene, level indicator, man hole etc.
(C) Ducting / Chimney
Ducting from lip duct on tank to air blower inlet is made in PPGL + FRP or PVC + FRV as per customer specification or plant demands.
The size of ducting will depend upon surface area of the tanks. The chimney is also made in PPGL+FRP / PVC+FRV on it with suitable reinforcement.
Flexible connection / bellow are provided in suction side and discharge side of blower to make the system shocks absorbing.
